AW 5.1 problems...Help!

I just installed the AW 5.1 upgrade and am having some problems...
 
1) After loading ultramacros and other stuff, when it gets to the main
screen a message appears at the bottom saying that it is waiting for me to
insert my disk; I have AW on my hard drive, though. Sometimes pressing
escape will clear the message, sometimes it will crash.
 
2) The macros that print my name and/or address obviously can't find the
info anymore. How can I rennter this information?
 
3) The instructions included with the upgrade have me comfused about the
ultramacros... Do I need to do something special with these now that I have
upgraded to 5.1?
