I don't know if this problem is also from the resource manager or not but 
whenever I startup my gs and it gets to the sound icon then it crashes.  
The error that I get is as follow:

GS/OS System Error
Address = $00DB19       LC Bank=$0
Error Code=$0043

I have a rom 3 gs with an audio card in slot 1, Super Serial Board in 
Slot 2, TWGS slot 3, and a ramfast REv C with the latest rom.  And I also 
have an AE GS Ram +.  
Could this problem be happening because I need a new power supply?  I had 
it ever since I bought my GS.
