I've solved the problem.  Opened up the monitor as some nice folks
suggested to me (thank you!), used these plastic screwdrivers that I
happened to pick up 2 weeks ago at Radio Shack :), tweaked the monitor,
tweaked the VOC, and now everything is happy.

Also, I just noticed that the H-alignment control in the back is not what
I thought it because it's actually H-hold.  The H-alignment is inside the
monitor which is a dumb place to put it.

Now to figure out how to adjust the h-width of the monitor.
