What's a good term program?

Hey all.

I've been posting here and there for a while now on this group, but now 
I'm in need of a good IIgs compatible terminal program for a user at my 
university.

Basically it will be connecting with a Unix lynx based vt100 system with 
the normal few ascii codes.  In other words, none of that probably 
matters, but will kermit do the trick or is there something better I can 
find her, possibly free or cheap?
