Yes, there are a few.  the best one is AppleWin.  It emulates a 128K 
enhanced //e with 2 5.25" disk drives.  You can pick it up at 
ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/ap/applewin.  You also may want to pick up the FAQ for 
the emulator newsgroup, comp.emulators.apple2 available at 
ftp://rtfm.mid.edi/pub/usenet/comp.emulators.apple2/.
