The Apple II LC was an 8-bit super version of the IIc or IIc+. Meant to be a
"true portable, Apple Comp scrapped it for the PowerBook. Only 1000 of these
prototypes
were made, and they abandoned many of the IIc's designs. The power brick was
now a part of the unit, and an LC screen was easily attached.
The whole unit weight 13 pounds and the color of choice was a charcoal.
0 MB HD was placed just above it.
More like the Laser 128, it was wider than the IIc (to accomodate the HD and
power supply) and a numeric keypad and mouseball were also in the plans.
