RAMFactor Problem

I just got a RAMFactor and installed it.  When I turned on my //e, it started
the self-test mode.  ctrl-reset showed that the //e was acting as if the
solid apple key was constantly held down.

If anyone's having the same problem, here's the solution:  The RAMFactor has
a 4 pin molex connector on the front that connects to a RAMCharger battery
backup.  If you're not using a RAMCharger, the 4 pin connector is supposed
two jumpers on it.
