Yes, Publish It is a great "page layout" program. But, in my opinion,
unless you have a postscript printer, the print quality is not
acceptable. Perhaps I have gotten spoiled by using PRINTRIX and
SUPERFONTS, both of which can print in "quad density" (that is, double
density horiz and vert, giving four times the dots per unit area).
Printrix allow some flexibility of page layout and picture placement, and
the print quality (on an ImageWriter) is equal to that from a Mac. I have
dozens of fonts to choose from. SuperFonts (with AppleWorks) does not
allow much flexibility of layout (without multiple passes through the
printer), but the print quality is equal to that of Printrix.

I have translated fonts from several formats (SuperFonts, Publish,
Printrix, Apple New Print Shop, etc) to each of those formats. So, for
each of those programs I have many more fonts than I could ever use. I
would like to find a way to make my font collections available to others
on the net. We are talking about several 3.5 disks of fonts. I would
welcome suggestions about how I can do that with a minimum of repeated
effort.
