loose\wobbly interface cards, how 2 fix?

i've noticed in my //e's. and in the ][+ models as well, is that the
interface cards are wobbly and will move side to side especially if there
are cables connected to them obviously because of the lack of a mounting
bracket like ibm type adaptor cards have. does anyone have a fix or
comment on this? i would assume the connectors could get so loose that
electrical contact could become compromised. anyone have an idea on what
to do about this?
