Because I want it to go FASTER!!!! hehehe no, really.. It runs at 16,
but every once in awhile, it doesn't like to. so, I have to run it at
14.33 when it misbehaves. By getting the correct gates, and soldering in
the extra capacitors, by 16 should be more steady. That's why. :)
