StyleWriter II

I know that for the longest time there has been a driver available for the
StyleWriter I, but not for the StyleWriter II. Has a driver for the II been
made available yet? I have access to a SW II printer, but of course I will
need a driver for the GS...
(I would prefer e-mail response, I don't get to check newsgroups too often
these days...)
