Mega RAM 80?

Anyone heard of this card for the //e?

I ran into a dirt cheap //e at a thrift shop today (didn't
buy it though as I was commuting via bus, but if it's still there
this weekend... =^) which had plugged into the auxiliary slot
something called "Mega RAM 80" (I think that was the name, I'm
writing from foggy memory) from the angle I was at I couldn't
see anything pointing to a manufacturer (and the card seemed fairly
"stuck" in the slot, I didn't really want to spend time prying
it out).

First of all, considering where it was installed and by
the name, it's an 80 column card. Second, from the sea of chips
on it (and from the name too =^), it adds on more than just an
extra 64k of memory. But how much memory? (shoudl've tried
getting a closer look and counting the chips...) Any special
features of it? quirks? Can I expect Appleworks to recognize it?

thanks.

(...the system included the card mentioned above, enhanced ROMs,
power cable, Disk II controller, half-height drive, and what I'm
guessing is a serial card (not SSC though), price? so it's too
silly to say...)
