good luck finding anything smaller than 100MB. And why bother looking?
New 1 GIG drives are selling for under $500, 500MB drives for under
$200... toss in an enclosure and you get a mondo drive for cheap.

As for the SCSI board. RamFAST is the best solution, and still in
production. The Apple HI Speed SCSI will do also, and it IS cheaper...
but I wouldn't hold my breath on Apple supporting it. You can get teh
RamFAST from Sequential Systems (they make it) at 800 759 4549. (see
their catalog at http://hypermall.com/sequential/index.html)

um.. the mouse card? why? unless it's essential to the Tablet..other than
that... better let somebody else answer.

Sequential Systems also sells GS-Ram and GS-RAM+ - 4MB and 8MB ram boards

aany of the resellers - sun remarketing, Pre Owned Electronics, Alltech
electronics.. etc. should be able to help here...

you need to format the ramdisk first. I dunno why - you can use it as a
disk without formatting, but in order to boot from it, you have to format
it first.
Go figger.
