System 5.0.4, 6.0, and 6.0.1 are all available on GEnie, CompuServe, and 
possibly at Apple's FTP site (anybody got the number?). You can buy 
System 6.0.1 with manuals from places like BRCC, QC, etc. or download it 
for the cost of connect time charges from the above mentioned sites, with 
no manuals. Only a rare few programs require an older system software, so 
I use 6.0.1... with 5.0.4 in the background, just in case. :)

Dunno about the Nintendo thing. Still want to know how to use my Super 
NES with a ZipGS accelerator... :)
