help needed - //e just broke

The selftest on my beige enhanced //e says

RAM 0 0 0 0 0 1 0 0

How do I interpret this? If a RAM chip is bad, which one is it? I can take
a guess but I want to be certain before I go about desoldering chips.
Of course, the Apple Service Technical Procedures manual uselessly says
"Replace Logic Board."

And should I worry that any other components are broken? BASIC seems to
be working fine. A quick test of memory demonstrated that some locations
(starting at $B02D) consistently have bit 2 wrong. If I poke in a 0, a peek
returns a 4 and vice-versa. And the stray locations are always the same ones.
