Inform 5.4 GS updated.

I have fixed the two bugs I posted about earlier in the Apple IIGS port of
Inform 5.4 (having to do with the -m and -s switches).  Turns out Orca/C is
even more picky then I thought before.

The new archive also includes a few of the ztools (check, infodump, and txd).
The archive has been posted to comp.binaries.apple2 and will be uploaded
shortly to cco.caltech.edu and ftp.gmd.de.
