Need Apple IIc H/W flow control modem cable

I'm looking for a hardware flow control modem cable for an Apple IIc.
Where can I find one?

I'm currently running a V.34 modem.  I can "surf" at 14.4 kbps, but when I 
want to upload/download files from Ed-Net, I have to reduce my Apple serial
port speed (DTE speed) to 9600.  The Apple IIc supports a max. DTE speed
of 19.2 kbps.

Hopefully, others can benefit from this information as well.
