I had something similar. Codes below 08 (?) indicate bad cache RAM.
You can try prying out the cache ram chips (8 of them, on the keyboard
end of a Rev C board) and swapping them around. See if the error
message changes.
Is your system "loaded"? Have you tried removing all other cards?
When I had this problem, I swapped the chips around, and noted that
the error message changed accordingly. Convinced that it was a
bad SRAM, I tried to find a replacement (locally) to no avail.
Eventually I sent it to Sequential and they ran it for over 24
hours continuously with no errors. I think my problem (which
still occurs, btw) is that the standard power supply can't handle
all of my cards. Remove one or two, and it works fine. Or, it
could be some slightly flakey connections somewhere... dirty
gold finger pins on the cards, for example.
Anyway, my point is to not blame the RamFAST immediately. Every time
I was convinced it HAD to be the RamFAST (three major MAJOR
problems in 5 years) I sent it away, only to have it come back
with a note saying "We couldn't find anything wrong with it."
...It really does suck though, having it work just fine one day
and then losing a month trying to get it to work again. :(
