It's a mixed bag I guess. The Woz GS we run our BBS with has it's original
battery and it's dead as a doornail. However, my Woz at work is still working
fine. Probably depends on the charging cycle. I think the dead Woz was turned
off for several years. Nite Owl kaes a replacement battery called the
Slide-On. I've also seen GS's with homemade replacements that seem to work
fine. Does anyone know a good source of Slide-On batteries?
