So, for my clarity's sake, that refers to the 5.25 PC/Teac drive and Apple formatted disk backsides, correct?
Failing that, you can either add another index hole sensor to the drive, ORed with the first, or you can add a simple 555 pulse generator to fake the drive into thinking it sees index pulses.
That's currently beyond my skill set, but I follow instructions well and am somewhat handy with mechanical thingees and a soldering iron if it comes to that.
