BinScii Needed

I've been runing into some difficulty obtaining a copy of BinScii for my 
GS.  Most of the ones I've gotten from the internet ftp sites were in 
exec format.  I've tried editing them and executed the file on my GS but 
no success so far.  I've gotten mostly tons of beeps but it never creates 
the system file needed.  Is there a site that has it in shrinkit format?  
I have a GS with rom 1 and 1 meg of ram.  Or could someone E-Mail me a 
copy of it using uuencode.  I'm mostly using prodos and not 
GS/OS.  My E-Mail address is " Changrs@sfsu.edu ".
