You came to the right place. If a question about the Apple II can be
answered, someone in this group can answer it.

Attached is a newsletter artical listing sources of hardware, software,
parts, and repairs for Apple II. Some of these sources have various
manuals for sale.

Appleworks 4 and 5 are available from Quality Computers. Claris may have
some Appleworks 3 left in stock.

Hard drives are available from some of the sources listed. There are
several options, but, my suggestion is to get a SCSI interface card for
the IIe and then there are many sources for suitable hard drives.

Sources of Hardware & Software

Newcomers to the Apple and Macintosh computing usually are unaware of the sources of hardware, software, parts, and service. It is not so bad for the Mac users, since there are stores which stock hardware and software for the Mac. But, the Apple users find that there are almost no stores offering Apple software or hardware. There are a number of mail order sources, but, for the Apple users, it can be hard to find the names and addresses. For the Mac users, there are several publications, and these list the vendors.
