Time-Trax help

Well I have two problems:
I have been given Time-Trax for the Apple IIc.
The first problems is, that I need the software to use it
Time-Trax (ver.2.0)   UC DATAGRAPH Seiko
side one has been damaged or formated.
The second problem is, that it is for the Apple IIc and I have a GS.
I have need a schematic for the IIc and GS modem port.
