Yes and no. "3200 mode" on the IIgs _can_ display 3200 colours on the
screen at once, but there is still a limit on 16 colours per line.
In other words, it is good for pictures in which the colour varies a
lot vertically, but not much horizontally.
It also does nothing to increase the total number of colours available
(4096 total, 16 levels of each primary colour). By comparison, VGA
has 262,144 available colours (64 levels of each primary colour).

Print them? It is hard enough getting reasonable 8-colour graphics
printed, let alone 3200 colours.
