From the DIP connector, I'd be willing to bet that it's a
"straight-through" ribbon connector from a 16-pin DIP header
to a DA-15 "Apple video" connector, with pin 1 <-> pin 1 and
pin 16 of the DIP header "abandoned".
Hopefully someone can confirm the actual pinout.
