How to deprotect Test Drive II?

Someone tell me how to deprotect Test Drive II, please.  I had a file 
that told how to deprotect all sorts of things, but I lost it and can't 
relocate it (it's somewhere on ftp).  I only want this for personal 
reasons (I'm not a pirate) and I know how to use a block editor.  If 
someone could tell me the patch or point me to the file on deprotection I 
would be greatly appreciative.
