GS on Ethernet

 Someone asked if it was possible to connect a GS to an Ethernet
network. According to someone online here last year, the answer
is not only that it is possible, but has been done.
If you use one of the Etherwave printer adapters from Farallon,
which are designed to bridge localtalk printers like the LW IINT
and an ethernet network, you will be connected to the ethernet
network. These devices go for about $300.00. The fellow who reported
this said there was a noticeable speed increase (due mostly to the
speed increase on "the other side", since the GS is not doing anything
different. Makes sense to me.
