An audio comparison of Arcadia DragonStomper and Monty Plays
Monopoly for the Apple II reveals the following:

DragonStomper has a lead in training pattern of 5 seconds of high and low
tone The Apple II tape, Monty Plays Monopoly has a training pattern of
a high tone, a slight break in the tone, the same tone again and then it
leads into the program data. The Arcadia tape has the two tones with no
break between them, then a break and the program data begins.

The Supercharger simply trains itself on the two different pitches and
which mean 0 or 1. The Apple II works the same way but the format of the
tape seems to be different. I could try digitizing the two @ 44.1K and
cut out the trainer tone of the Supercharger tape and replace it with
the Apple tone and try to load it into the //e ... that should be interesting
if it works...
