Yes there are two Programs available

AnsiTerm from PMP 510-837-9098 (They have a great deno disk available)

Spectrum from Seven Hills 904-575-0566

I use Spectrum myself and it's Ansi screen is pretty goo but many people 
swear by ANSIterm for that mode.
