Any ProDOS *.SYSTEM utilities to manually enter date on bootup?

I seem to recall a utility that would allow the user to manually enter the
date
upon booting ProDOS on an Apple IIe without a clock card or similar.

The utility was a ProDOS *.SYSTEM file which had to be stored as the first
*.SYSTEM file in the ProDOS root directory of a bootable disk.  After
booting
ProDOS, the utility would present a screen enabling the user to manually
enter
the date.  Afterwards, the file would turn control over to the next
*.SYSTEM
file in the root directory, if there was one.
