Certificate Maker Manual wanted

HI!
	A few years ago, when I was still in High School, A teacher gave 
me a copy of Certificate Maker by Springboard Software.  It's a very 
interesting program, but one problem, there was no manual.  Without the 
manual, the program is almost useless, as I don't know the numbers of 
each template and what each one is.  If anyone has the manual, and 
doesn't need it, maybe I can buy it off of you, or if you wish, I'll just 
buy the entire program off of you for a reasonable price.  If anyone has 
any suggestion, for how I can get a listing of the templates and their 
numbers, that would be helpful and eliminate the need for me to look for 
a copy of the manual.  Thanks!  You can post or email me.
