I know it is hard to picture this, but buying the chips you need may be a
lot cheaper.  You can buy the chips and install them easily and no hassles
or worries about damaging the chip you are trying to remove.  You can try
it, but I think you will find that a couple bucks for a couple chips is
not a bad deal.
