SCSI Card Help !!

I have two SCSI cards I need help with. The first is an Apple (non high
speed) SCSI card. It works just fine but I bought it from someone else
without a manual. What do the jumpers do that exist on the card?

The other card I believe to be an Applied Ingenuity card but I am not
sure. It is SCSI and I don't even know if they ever made a SCSI card.
The card I have has a logo on it and some sort of number...

ai II - DI - 0 4285-00-05-04

I seem to remember that applied ingenuity changed their logo after
catching flack from Applied Engineering. AE felt that the logo resembled
their logo too much so I think they changed to a lower case letter "A" and
"I". Does anyo9ne else know about this. The card I have has a fifty pin
header on the keyboard side of the card. There is one jumper on the card
labeled W2 which I would also know the purpose of. I need software for
this card. Thanks to anyone that can help.
