Hi all,
I just purchased an Apple //c second-hand (of course). The internal drive
worked perfectly with my old software at first, but when I tried some
older disks, it stopped reading anything from any disks (including recent
copies on brand new disks). I had a similar problem with some of the same
disks on both the //e and //GS (at a university computer room) where the
drives stopped reading any disks. What's going on? I don't remember this
problem from my original Apple ][! How do I get it fixed?
Also, how do I tell what type of //c I have (whether it can use an
external Apple 3.5" drive, for example)?
Replies by e-mail preferred.
Alex.
