OK, here's the scoop. Group II fax, which is what FAXination is, has a
bunch of protocol messages that get sent back and forth to confirm that
each page is OK. If something goes wrong, then FAXination will know
about it, but it doesn't say what the problem was. It just stops
everything, hangs up the phone, and tells you that the transmission was
terminated due to an "unrecoverable error." In short, all errors are
unrecoverable, and anything else means the transmission was good.
In short, you have nothing to worry about. :)
