Hypercard fix

OK, since there seems to be some confusion, here's what's up
with the HyperCard GS files available from the ftp site at
Apple.  The .bxy files are in a Shrinkit/Binary II format, but
there is an additional header of some sort tacked on the 
beginning.  The header is 512 bytes long, and once it is
removed, the files can be unshrunk normally. 

I have posted a program to c.b.a2 that will remove this
header, if you have no other way to remove it.
