Orange +?

I have an Orange + computer.

What the hell is it?!!?  


I know it's an Apple II clone, but poping the monster open shows chips 
labelled "CPM" and stuff.  I know what that means, but is this true?  
Does anyone know anything about this machine, this company, how it can be 
used (what makes it special), and any other refinements?  I noticed it 
also has built in drive controllers and everything.
