The talking moose

Hej,
	Has anyone ever thought of programing "The talking moose" for the
appleIIGS? 
	For those of you who do not know what this is, this is a small 
extention that would pop up and talk to you.  It would say the 
file/folder names and would also pop up and say things at random such as 
"I like layers......stir fried" 
	Has anyone ever thought of making this?  It was great fun when I 
had it installed on my mac.....I would really like to see this on the GS....
