The Global Village Teleport Bronze Fax Modem works fine on a //GS.  The
only thing you will have problems with is using FAXination.  That too
might change in the future when FAXination is updated.

What version of ProTerm are you using?  I have 3.0 and it works fine.  You
have to use the Generic 9600 baud configuration and enter your own Init
string for it to work properly.  It will work even without doing this but
not at the top speed.
