Am I running GS/OS?!?

I recently came into possession of an Apple ][ GS and have been
digging around the network checking out the available resources for
it.  I've read the FAQs so I now the basic terminologies etc.

My question is this:  How can I tell if I'm running GS/OS; and if I am,
what version do I have?
