As far as I can tell Apple made three 800K drives.
M0131 - Intended for the Mac Plus (and possibly the Mac 512E). Won't work on 
the GS but, with the UDC card, will work on the //e.
A9M0106 - The original //gs drive with the eject button. Will work on GS and, 
with the UDC card, will work on the //e.
A2M2053 - Unididk 3.5. Works on GS and, with either early UDC or Apple's 3.5 
or superdrive cards, will work in a //e. Also works in later models of the 
//c.
