Easy way to remember: "BARSBAIT" - the string that appears in a dump
of DOS 3.3, corresponding to the file types.  In reverse order: text,
integer, applesoft, binary, special, relocatable, undefined (A),
undefined (B).

The LISA assembler redefined the last type to use as source files.  It
also had a patched DOS which called them type L ("LARSBAIT").

DOS itself doesn't know about the S, R, second A and second B types.
They can only be loaded through the file manager.
