There is a nifty little control panel called AccessPC that will allow you
to mount Prodos disks.  It will then show up on the desktop as if it was a
Mac disk.  You can then do the standard drag copy from one to the other. 
I'm not absolutely positive but I think 7.5's PC Exchange might allow you
to do the same thing.
