Yes.  I believe my 8Mhz/16k Zip GSX shipped with 70ns (speed) cache chips.
It may be even slower for 7/32.  I've heard it reccomended to go with
15-20ns.  I could get 10Mhz stable out of those chips; 12Mhz would cause
random crashes (with the $20 14Mhz 65816).  Good luck!
