idiot needs help running shrinkit on //e [help!]

okay.. here's the situation:

I'm a professor's student assistant.  He has a new power mac, and he 
wants to  transfer all his stuff from his old apple //e (apple writer 
files) to the mac.  So, I went and got colorterm.shk and shrinkit34.bsc 
and put them on a prodos 5.25 disk.  Now, what do I do?  How do I run 
shrinkit?  how do I run colorterm?  I haven't used an apple //e in ages! 
help!
