OKS' Multi Kache card files

I'm still looking to get three programs that I need to use in
conjunction with my Multi Kache card.  I know there was more than one
card made!  I need the launcher program (the menu), OKS.Control, and
OKS.Driver (for the //gs, just in case).  If you have these PLEASE
BinSHK them and send them to me!!!!
