Atalk Q's

I want to set up a small atalk network at home.  I have a ROM 01 GS, a
Mac SE running Sys 7 and an ImageWriter w/ Appletalk Card.  I have an
InnerDrive controller in slot 7.  If I turn Atalk on, will I have to
move the InnerDrive card?  I just wanna check before I go through all
the hassle of running phone cables through the house for this thing
