128k cache for a Zip

I posted a message a while ago about getting 128k cache for my zip.

I received a little message (from who I have forgotten) saying that
it envolved a lot of wires being soldered on etc.

Well, I am prepared to do this, if I can jsut get 128k of cache.

I do not what to do this for any particular reason, except that it
might be interesting. Also, I would like to know what I must do to
get my GS rom 01 to go over 10MHz. I have replaced the 74f00 chips
with 74HC00 chips, and I have 20ns static rams (about 15 of them)
and also the 14MHz WDC chiip (though it will not even work at 10MHz).

I have tried a little sheilding (and it did not help), and have also
tried soldering some cap onto the back of the static rams. What
else can I try? Would have a higher voltage help? If so, I do not
have a heavy duty power supply, but I do have an old //e that I do
not mind bastardising... so what should I do?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Stu.
