There was one posted on the binaries about 3 weeks ago I think.  It was
just after I got Spectrum.  They said that most users would not be affected,
but it wouldn't hurt to apply the patch if you were not affected, so I
applied it.  I think it was a work-around for some implementations
of Zmodem that didn't strictly adhere to a certain Zmodem spec.
I'm really fuzzy on the details of it.  I can see if I still have
the patch and post it again.  I'm pretty sure it was from SHS, and
the readme explained it in detail.
