This is an external control. In the back, there are 3 knobs; it's
been a while since I tweaked them, but I believe the middle one
controls the horizontal position. The only problem is that if the
screen's moved too far to the right, it sometimes doesn't sync up when
powering up. After finding this out, I adjusted my monitor to be just
a little off center, in a place where it pretty much always works.

Reach around, and about 2-3 inches off the bottom, roughly the
center, there are 3 knobs. Count carefully to get the middle one, and
rotate it with your fingers. The precautions you should take are not
to have really wet fingers, or knock anything over while you lean back
around the monitor :)
